The document which was presented for endorsement by Shropshire Council on 5 November 2009 was produced by the Compact Development Group (CDG) which consists of representatives from the Council and the Voluntary Community Sector (VCS).

This final version takes into account the contributions made by focus groups, together with comments from a range of voluntary and community sector groups in Shropshire which offered feedback through the consultation process that was held during July and September 2009.
